Can’t sign into Super 6

When I try to sign into super 6 it says account paused for routine checks but it has been like it for weeks.  Have used it for years with no problems so any help appreciated.  I cannot even find out where I can message anyone or mail them etc.

Could you please just get in touch? Let me speak to a human being rather than this automated machine but does not know what it's doing. I can't access my account. I don't know what else I can say. Go to the Super6 website, go down to the Contact us link at the bottom of the page then use one the options to contact them about this.

I've got 2 people in my super 6 who are getting an error message once they log in

Super 6 can't log into my account. You're not receiving my email address to reset my username and pin number

I've been doing super6 since it started..but this year I can't login it says suspended ? What reason ?asking for driving licence or passport for proof ? Im78 and I don't have either. So I'm at a loss

Been playing super 6 for several years, all of a sudden the app won't let me in, my details are correct, any ideas

My Super 6 details are correct, I have changed my username and pin twice yet it still won't log me in. It doesn't say incorrect details it just reloads me onto the log on page every time
