Super 6 issue

My super 6 keeps saying 'we are experiencing technical issues, and unable to proceed with your login. Please try again later' 

it has been like this for a few days, is there an issue with the app or what can I do about this?

I solved this by logging in via the website where it asks you to accept the latest terms and conditions. After this it worked in the app. Guess they need to fix the forced acceptance of terms and conditions in the app here.

Try deleting the app and installing it and if this doesn't work then you will need to contact them about this so the contact options are at the bottom of this page:

Super 6 issues cant log into my account

Cant log into my account

Spoken with Chat agents and they say they have technical issues.

Thats over the last 8 days and still cant log in.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Unable to log in as says everything is paused on my Super 6. Do not use Facebook but it appears it needs a flag on the account removing/resetting. How can this be done if I do not have Facebook please?

I'm getting the same message. Contacted sky and they said I need to provide proof of id.  I've have contracts with sky so this is bloody nonsense. I've used the app for years. I refuse to do what they ask as they already have all my details and collect money every month. I'm certainly cancelling my contracts when they are due for renewal. Apalling service.
