Hello, I have posted here before but keep missing out on any replies as I'm not getting email notifications to responses.
I have a new iphone 14 pro max on sky mobile and have been unable to log into mysky app since receipt. I have tried the suggestions such as changing password/no special characters, but it still doesn't work. I just get an error message. I can log in on my ipad pro and macbook but not my phone.
Any suggestions please?

It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Thanks @caesarome It is a red triangle with an exclamation mark and underneath says "An unknown error has occurred" Try Again, Need Help?
