Yesterday, I tried to access this Sky Community site via my bookmark on my Acer laptop ( Chrome ). I saw the homepage, clicked on the Sign In icon & got a Status 400 - Bad request message. I then tried via an Incognito tab & it worked fine, so I used that.
After I had finished, I cleared my cache & cookies, tried again ( not via Incognito ) & it was working again. Today, though, the same thing has happened as yesterday. Any ideas as to how I can fix this?

@Annie+UK Thanks for the quick reply, is there an ETA on the fix by any chance?

Nope 😞
If you can install firefox it will work and it's a good idea to have a non-chromium based browser as a backup for times like these 🙂

It's not up & running on my laptop. I tried a minute ago. This time I managed to get one step further in the process by signing in, but then the error message appeared again.

Re: Status 400 - Bad Request
@Annie+UK Thanks for the tip. I had already cleared the cache & cookies for the last 4 weeks, as mentioned in my first post, but that didn't work. However, I have given it another go today by clearing for the last 7 days & it seems to have done the trick.
