Sky vip

I purchased the sky stream box a couple of months ago and totally forgot about the sky vip rewards until my son just reminded me about the 2 free cinema tickets every month. I just went to find them on the app and it says join so I clicked join and then view my rewards and its just taking me back to the join screen. Unsure what to do or how to get my rewards? Can't find anything on Google or here that helps. Thanks

You need to download the MySky app and login with your skyid.

Have you installed the MySky app on your mobile, if so go to the VIP section and you should see the tickets right at the bottom after scrolling down.
