Sky vip

I was originally a sky gold vip memeber have been with sky since 2018. 

I had the sky mobile may this year no issues 

 

I then went for sky glass a few weeks ago and have been moved down to vip silver , have spoken to sky twice now and they said 5/7 days to show up on my app as they said they will change me back to my right one due to a fault on them. Have done what been told to do and still showing silver ? What is the best thing for me to do now ?

I rang them back up and they have finally put it back, I was very confused on why they changed me over having no issues before hand and always paying bills ! But thank you for your reply I would have gone down this route if needed!
