Sky tv app

Why can't I see the tv grid on the sky+ app ? I have deleted and reinstall the app locked out and looked back in and I still can't see it

The sky plus app is slowly being completely decommissioned as sky no longer supports it or the sky plus hardware platform

Sky no longer suport the app for all platforms and have removed it from all app stores

You use it as is, any mising/broken features will not be fixed

The Sky+ app was always FREE, nobody paid for it

When I got Sky they told me that I would be paying for it in my sky package!

so how am I meant to  record stuff when I am out if I can't go into the app to do it ?

Not sure why, no one at Sky told me that in over 30 years, you are the first person that I have heard this from

Try the online TV Guide via a browser or the Sky Go app

Whoever told you that was completely wrong as you have never been charged for using the Sky+ app.

You can still use the app but not via the TV Guide, instead you have to use the search to find your stuff you want to record/download as this still works at present.

Use the search to find it then you can set a recording for it. Ir just the TV Guide on the Sky Go app to set it.
