Sky sports saying need subscription

I'm trying to watch with the driver but every time I try to sign in I get an error message.  Which just says error. Not a great help. 

Allhelp welcomed. I am a full sky sports subscription on sky stream trying to follow a driver via the sky sports app on my phone.
