Sky sports app

For the last four years I have had a Virgin Media account including Sky Sports which I watch regularly on my I Pad through the Sky Sports App,until the last few days.Now I have to try and log in via Virgin Media sometimes six or seven times a day.What on earth is the problem.Tried to speak to Sky but they say I should speak to Virgin!  I think Sky must have a problem with their App. Alan.

Whatever is happening you will need to speak to Virgin as you are not a customer of Sky so neither they or us fellow customers on here can help you I'm afraid.

I don't think Virgin can help.Presunably they have no control over Sky Apps,and that's where the problem lies

Logging on to Sky Sports App.Only happening last few days.No problem for the las three years but now can't watch live sport on I Pad.
