Sky rewards stuck in a loop

Hi 

Been with sky around a month never been able to login to rewards part of the apart just goes in a loop click on press join then goes back to home screen on the app 

On website browser it just says error when I try to join in there 

Just been on phone to sky guy was said problem was that I had mobile account and sky tv account on same email address which was causing the loop so put me through  to another department to change my email address on mobile account which I did explained to that person that I need to separate the accounts and she said yep that's all done just logged back in and all she did was change me email address both accounts still on same account  and still.cant login in to rewards somebody please help

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
