Sly vue tickets not showing up and code not working

The free sky tickets are no longer showing in my sky in the vip section it worked last week when I copied  the code but today it's not showing I tried reinstalling but still nothing sky vue isn't showing up at all and the codes not working on the vue site despite code checker saying its valid and booking on a Thursday which is a valid day

I'm a VIP Platinum member and still don't have my May codes for Vue in the app. Have cleared data and also tried installing the app on another phone - no luck.

I'd like to go to the cinema this afternoon - where are the codes?

Seen plenty of questions regarding the disappearance of the Vue tickets from the App.  Why is nothing being done about this

. I wanted to go and see Mission Impossible tomorrow, but guess that wont happen.  the app seems to have done an update and wiped the Vue tickets.  😠
