Sky commuity via app

Can't access sky community via my sky app keeps saying error whenever I try and access sky community today the only way I can get onto sky community is via safari or internet

I see the same in that there is a 403 Error that the request could not be satisfied.

@Yoghurt  I wasn't aware you could, so as @Samraj  mentioned is it possible for you share how you normally achieve this

It took me a while to find it so on the main page select Get Help > Need More Help > Go to Sky Community.
