I’ve tried to book the boxing fight on your website to watch for £19.99 on sky box office tonight. It has said that I’ve booked it and it’s available to watch. However, when I go on the sky sports box office APP it says I need to purchase it to watch it. Please can you help.

@MiloMackin There are two options on the website

one for watching through sky Q or plus the other for the app

it looks like you have picked the wrong option

You have booked it for Sky TV so to cancel you will need to do this:

Go to sports.skyboxoffice.com.
Sign in to your Sky Sports Box Office account.
Select the 'Contact us' form to contact the team.
