When I try to log in from my phone I am told that the password is incorrect, but the same password works on the browser. At the same time, on the browser I am "unauthorized" to access certain pages such as billing. I don't know how to fix this, I just need access to my account.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf it isn't letting you view the billing are you signed in with your main account and not a secondary one as only the main account can access the billing.
