Sky app not recognising post code

I am at the end of my tether.  I can log into the My Sky app with user name and password.  I get to the post code screen and it won't move past that point.  I have added my postcode in numerous ways but it won't move forward to find my account.  I have read all the relevant help sections, had an infuriating conversation on web chat and I can't get past any phone menu on any call centre numbers I can find.  

Please help!!  All I want to do is claim my free cinema tickets ........

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Update:

 

Spoke with @AJS6 and issue resolved by signing in using a different email that was previously used.
