Re: Sky VIP Sports Tickets menu missing

Sky now treat all loyal Customers with utter contempt & if you dare complain they move you into the naughty club where they put up your prices & then say they've reached Deadlock when you complain. They don't like people arguing & are very sensitive when you're assertive towards them. Welcome to the new World of Sky

Re: Sky VIP Sports Tickets menu missing

They can welcome people to this new sky but I, like the majority, will be saying goodbye. There on a downward trajectory and you'd think they'd be increasing benefits like sky vip competitions not reducing them but then cry when subscriptions drop.

Something exciting coming your way is the new woke passive aggressive phrase for we've taken your ballot away and making it sound like we're doing you a favour.

Re: Sky VIP Sports Tickets menu missing

Another reason why I'm not renewing when my broadband subscription ends next month.

Renewal prices double what new customers pay, the actual broadband being a joke, and now rewards just being removed altogether.

Been with Sky over 25 years but time is up...

Re: Sky VIP Sports Tickets menu missing

I'm not a Sky Sports customer but I enjoyed entering the ballots for the league 2 games. I was surprised to see it's no longer there and that it will be coming back but mainly for those who subscribe to Sky Sports.

The perks were supposed to get better the longer you're with Sky, not worse.

There's not much worth entering on there now.

Tap on Sky Sports Rewards -> then scrolll down to Tickets.

The Sky Sports Rewards tile should appear under the Rewards For You section ( if you are a Sky Sports subscriber). You may need to scroll across under that section to see it. You will see a little grey box with a number in it next to where it says Rewards For You which shows how many tiles are available for you to scroll through.

@mrcaccount

If you are not a Sky Sports customer then the VIP sports ticlets will not be available so if you subscribe again they will be there for you.
