Sky VIP Rewards not working

Trying to access sky vip rewards to claim and just get white screen and won't load.

Hi @MICHELLE2025  have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app ? If you are trying on WiFi then turn WiFi off and try on mobile data.

I'm having the same issue. 
For the last few months its been very intermitten, some times i can access every thing, other times not. But the last 2-3 weeks its gone worse and some sections i cant get onto at all and also just get the white screen.

It only seems to affect some sections of the App, not the whole thing. So for example today i can access the VIP lounge from the "rewards for you" menu (and anything else on that menu, all offers) but not from the "rewards on repeat" menu.
And currently cant access anything in the "rewards on repeat" or the "Epic experiences" at all. 
Ive tried to log out and re-enter, ive tried removing the app and reinstalling, nothing has worked.
Its getting a bit frustrating when i have family memebers managing to get free tickets to lots of things this December, and i cant even get on especially as a Diamond customer.

I am exactly the same as you in trying to access the App , just the dreaded white screens. I am going to try logging out and deleting the App then reinstalling it . Not confident as others have tried without success. Hopefully Sky can step in if their App has a virus?

With further regard to the dreaded white screen (only) when using the Sky App .

I have tried logging ou and deleting the app ., Re-Installing did not help and I will esculate the incident to Sky Customer Service.

@Lois16  Yes they've done an app update and it seems to be working now

@Yoghurt  I have updated the app and then deleted and downloaded again but I'm still getting a white screen. Any other ideas?
