Sky Sports Score App Notifications

I have sky sports and stopped work a couple of weeks ago

Glad it's not just me ! Tried resetting, uninstalling etc but nothing works. I have a Sky subscription so it's not just non-Sky subscribers. Really frustrating as it used to be great.

Just managed to find a fix for mine ! May work hopefully for some others. 

Went into notification preferences in settings. Go onto starred games and turn one of the items off and back on again. You get a message saying "confirm notification preferences " click it and it says "saved".

Mine suddenly sprung to life again and now seems to be working fine.

Hope this helps some others.

Interestingly mine have started working again , on this weekends premier league 

apparently Mahrez has just scored for city

i wasn't getting them for this afternoons games but went into the apps own settings/notification preferences, switch everything off the own again. A moment later I heard Bournemouth score on the radio and shortly after the app notified me.    (And now notified it is 2-1).

Hmmm ... not sure. Seems ok to me. Has worked all afternoon and I've just had the notification for Everton 1   Man Utd 0

It was  working for me throughout all yesterdays and today's games. Ensure you have the latest version of the app. Try switching off all notifications in the app (rather than in the phone settings) then turning them back on again. You should have to 'save your preferences' at some point, and when you switch them back on it should all work again. It seems to have done the trick for some people this weekend.

Exactly same for me. I stopped receving notifications from the skysports scores app. I have checked the app settings and phone ( s10)  settings and found nothing wrong. Please someone find a fix and let me know.

I've just had immediate notification of Chelsea's goal v Luton so it seems it isn't a widespread app fault. 

see my earlier post of 8/10/22. Try switching of all notifications, close the app. Open it again and put your preferred notifications back on again.

I tried it earlier before the Chelsea game and it worked. I received a notification that Chelsea had scored ( R.Sterling ). Thank you for replying with that fix. Now I'm looking forward for this weekend's football. Much appreciated for all your help.
