I am a Platinum VIP member but have never been able to access any of the offers on the app apart from Sky Showcase Weekend Movie.

Nothing happens when I touch the screen.

Are you able to press on the wording instead of the image, if this doesn't work either then try deleting the app, rebooting your device then installing it again.
