Sky Sports Score App Notifications

About two weeks ago I stopped receiving notifications from the Sky Sports Score app for my followed games.

I've tried changing the settings in both my phone and the app, and reinstalling the app, but nothing. It's an android phone, fully up to date.

Any suggestions?

Thanks, got a call with them on Monday, hopefully they can find a fix!

Any update on a fix? As notifications are not working on my phone, and I've also tried changing  all settings.

Unfortunately not, they couldn't fix it on Monday so its been escalated - waiting for a call back. If I get a fix I'll let you know!

Noticed that I had no notifications come through all weekend on my phone - is everyone else the same?

Still nothing from me either, and no call back. I'll chase it when I get chance this week...

@Chegs84 mine started again this weekend for no reason - not been informed of any fixes anyway! 

Let me know if yours still don't work, I'll ask if/what they've fixed when they get in touch and let you know.

Sorry - yes, all seems to be working fine now with no warning! But good timing, what with all the midweek games 🙂

This seems to be happening again ..... no goal alerts for favourite teams or Starred games .... seemed to start end of August or beginning of September. At first I wondered if it was related to the Queen passing on, perhaps Sky temporarily stopped send alerts, but I don't think it can be that now.

I have checked and rechecked all the settings in the app and in Settings/Notifications on my iPhone. 

Is anyone else experiencing this or is it working ok for everyone else?

Every time I go into the app. I check the notifications I want to receive. But as soon as you come out that setting and go back all boxes are back to being unchecked. Have gone to phone setting and and turn on allow. iOS phone.

Thanks but it's not that for me. All the selected switches in the app remain on, and it is definitely switched on in the phone Notification settings for this app.

Glad it's not just me then, I have the same. Started a few weeks ago. No notifications etc.

I've deleted & reinstalled the app yet still nothing.
