Re: Sky Sports Live

So at work it worked on Wi-Fi but not on 5G, but then I turned on location to always on and it worked on 5G,, on the way home 5G did not work? I turned it onto location on only when app on and it worked again!!! So I will try agina tomorrow! I might need to toggle between it on always and only on when app, very strange

Re: Sky sports not working

Are they going to look in to the issue? Why 5G doesn't work anymore?

Re: Sky sports not working

Have the same issue. Wonder if this is down to the mobile network or device/os version. I'm on O2 using iPhone on iOS 26.

It might be worth reporting this to the apps team at Sky on this email address - apps@sky.uk

@Gingermoonman

I have moved your post to this topic as it appears others are having the same issues so I would suggest you and another one else having issues to report this to Sky's apps team via this email address - apps@sky.uk

Re: Sky Sport App not working, When on 5G

I've also been having this issue. Unable to watch anything over cellular data but the app works fine over wi-fi?

I first encountered this when I tried on my new iPhone 17 Pro Friday. I had assumed it could have been related to eSim porting or perhaps iOS 26, but I have a seperate iPhone 15 running iOS 18 and I've also been having the same issue on that. My main phone is on O2 while my 15 is on giffgaff and the only thing I can possibly think of that they share in common is that they both use the O2 network. I've removed both from the list of trusted devices, re added them, deleted, restarted and reinstalled the app to zero joy. I'm stumped
