Netflix stopped working on mobile

I have Netflix with 6 divices and we moved to sky as they had offers on at the time. One of the offers was to get Netflix. I was watching Netflix last night, and I believe I also had it on this morning and then tonight it has just signed me out, it doesn't recognise my email, my mobile number - nothing!!. I tried contacting Netflix support but via chat they just kept telling me that I do not exist, that my email address is not connected to any account and neither is my name!!!. They took payment out 3 days ago and now when I try to login it asks me to sign back up and pay for it all over again. Does anyone know what is going on because Netflix chat support doesnt have a clue and they just keep repeating the same rehearsed message of 'you don't exist' and yet I've been with them since 2017. Please can someone help?!, I'm going spare here!!.

Is Netflix still working on your other devices so via your Sky TV equipment ?
