Sky Bet

So Sky Bet is just a brand name the company who own the buisness is Flutter Entertainment , they also own Paddy Power. Last year they randomly suspended my , active and with a positive cash balance , Sky Bet account as required documents to prove my identity , which I happily supplied , months later it remained suspeneded, spare you the  details , but months later multiple resubmissions and it remains suspeneded , they hide behind AI bots, have no human customer service , do not reply to emails .......anyone experienced same or for device how to resolve , feels like I have had my balance stolen by them ! I just want to withdraw my balance and tell them to poke it !

And therefore they have nothing whatsoever to do with Sky or Comcast.

Sky Bet is not a Sky run company so their employees wouldd not be on this forum unless they were Sky customers, you would have to be very lucky to find support here

But it has nothing to do with Sky.

Re: Sky Bet

Obvs you're a bot or Sky hidden employee , one of your real colleagues in Sky customer services  suggested the community after he had exhausted all efforts to find a way to reach the nothing to do with Sky, Sky Bet , what's in a name? and a  app? and a web site? .... thanks for enaging.

@TimBarber

They aren't colleagues. We are customers.

See this article in the About section from the top of the forum page. You'll see that we are customers as the bold type under our user name explains.

@TimBarber  I'm not sure how many ways there is to say that Sky Bet has Nothing  to do with this community or with Sky UK & Ireland who provide TV, Mobile & Broadband services to customers within the UK & Ireland.

Any other company using their name under license have their own contact options, none of which is this community.

What you have been told multiple times is correct no one here, neither customers(us) or Sky Staff can deal with your Sky Bet related issue regardless of what you may or may not have been told by a Sky customer services agent, the CSA is totally incorrect in sending you here.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
