Ok,
So yesterday 21 Nov I received on from Sky Community a message that I have got a reply to a post of mine.
Tried the ‘Reply’ button and got ‘Access Denied’
So thought I need to sign in and got same ‘Access Denied’.
So there was a fault on the system but I could not register what the fault was because 'there was a fault on the system'.....Ahhhhhhh
Clearly as I can now post this the issue has been fixed.
What was going on?
What can I do if this happens again in order to inform Sky there is an issue?

If not, Sky's help here probably applies, even though you're not trying to access Sky Yahoo Mail: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/problems-accessing-sky-yahoo-mail-error-access-denied
