@Federica-C Yes thanks, problem solved. Can you confirm that these specs are up to date? It's been suggested (either earlier in this topic or possibly in a related topic) that they're out of date.

The specs for both the 1TB & 2TB non-UHD boxes still mention the SkyQ app. This was discontinued a long time ago. Only the Sky Go app can be used for viewing content from Q boxes.
