The mysky app won't recognise my postcode. Just come back to sky and have tried numerous ways

Tried ringing the tel no  it stated but doesn't recognise my question .Will be leaving if this is the service !

Welcome to the Community 🙂. If you're not already aware, just to let you know we're mainly customers here.

It can sometimes be difficult to phrase your question in a way that's likely to be understood by the AI bot. Try 'SkyID' or 'MySky app'. If the bot asks to send you a link, say no. Hopefully you'll be put through.

Alternatively we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can raise it via a private online chat, if you wish?
