You'll need to contact Sky if the info is not available on-line via your account on Sky.com

Are you try to claim a free Samsung gift if so you should be able to use the credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number when asked for this. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.

Samsung will send this within 45 days of the claim being validated.
