Play paused on super 6??

My play has been paused on super 6  and whenever I try to get help with anything relating to this it just takes me back to the app and fails to log me in, it's ridiculous?

been playing for years so don't understand what's happened?

when i click that link there is no option to contact them anywhere - it just tells me to click into other sky websites (Skybet etc) as per mt original pic

@Ossie  I'm afraid no one on this community can help as this for Sky TV, Broadband and Mobile and is unrelated to any betting sites using the Sky name under license from Sky.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi, this is nothing to do with a betting  / gambling website??

Its Sky Super 6 - its a free Sky App where you predict the football scores.. 

doesnt make ay sense at all?

Having exactly same issue with App telling me play is paused.

Verified account but still won't let me in.

Agent on Chat said I need to add a Credit card to my account.

No way am I doing this.

Being using Super6 for 2 years with no problem until today. The day before the first games

Yes finally, I contacted Sky six on Facebook messenger.

You can use Skybet also as it all goes into same queue.

Apparently a flag was set on my account which prevented me logging in. Ask them to check

I contacted them via Facebook messenger and after they checked I got the above reply. When I used Sky  CHAT they kept saying it was a Tech issue and engineers was working on it. Mine was down for months all due to a flag being set on my account.

What's up with this: "Your play has been paused due to some routine checks. Please login to our other brands for more information."? I've been on pause for more than a now. What's going on?
