I joined Paramount several months ago, paying every month, but have never been able to access it. I set up a password and when I tried to access for the first time it wouldn't accept it. So I clicked the 'forgotten my password' box so that I could set up a new password. I got a message on screen saying I had been sent a PIN number to my fone which I never received. I've tried this several times, each time getting the message that a PIN was sent to my fone but it hasn't.

It sounds like an issue with your paramount plus account and perhaps the incorrect phone number has been set on it ( or indeed no phone number).
