Netflix

How do I unlink netflix, no longer with Sky but can't upgrade netflix because it's linked to sky account.

I've contacted Netflix support , they cannot do anything , sky has to unlink and they're not helping!

Pretty sure the advice you have been given by the Netflix support engineer is incorrect.

 

Sky can't access your Netflix account to make any changes.

Also worth checking your Sky TV cancellation did go through correctly - did you receive an email confirmation that your Sky Tv service was being cancelled as the cancellation of any Sky TV package that includes Netflix would cause Netflix to be informed that Sky were no longer in charge of the billing of the linked Netflix account.
