Netflix keeps loading in account and different profiles and languages. I have deleted the profiles multiple times and logged out. I don't have any signin details as this is a linked package to my sky and part of the bundle. Where I can get login details?

Thats the sign your Netflix account has been hacked. I'd suggest contacting Netflix customer support about that.

You will have the Netflix login details as you would have set these when you created the Netflix account. Sky doesn't create a Netflix account for you, you create a Netflix account and then link that to your Sky account for Sky to take over the billing.
