Finally got to the bottom of my issue, turns out my Netflix account was hacked. It's all fixed now.

Can you log in to Netflix on the Netflix website and check your account status?

Re: Netflix app on iPhone
Have you recently made any changes to yournSky account.
In MySky, under
Your products > Manage> TV packs
Is your Netflix showing as active. With Sky Stream/Glass Netflix standard with ads tier is free, once you have logged in on your Sky Glass TV.
Is Netlix working ok on your Sky Gkass TV?
When you log in to the Netlix app on your phone or on the Netflix website via a web browser, go to accounts under My Netflix and check it says Billed through Sky package.
Sky Stream with two pucks (Former Sky Q and Sky+ customer), Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Protect kit tester.
My good journey to Sky Stream from Sky Q. Click here to read

Re: Netflix app on iPhone
I don't have sky glass tv but Netflix is working on my TV. Netflix is active on my Sky account.
When I access Netflix in browser it lets me sign in but before I can access the actual site it asks me to finish signing up to start membership it doesn't recognise that I have a subscription through Sky. This issue just started one day ago.

Re: Netflix app on iPhone
Did you previously have a Netflix subscription? If so are you signing in using your Sky log in details rather than your old account?

Re: Netflix app on iPhone
I have Sky stream with wich you get free Netflix. I setup my Netflix account months ago and was able to access it on the TV and using the app on my iPhone. Just a day ago I went on the Netflix app on my iPhone and it asks me to finish account setup by paying for a subscription. It doesn't seem to recognise my Sky subscription. See screenshots.

Re: Netflix app on iPhone
In that case try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Re: Netflix app on iPhone
I have done that. It didn't make a difference. I've reset the app in settings, still no difference. I've signed in and out and in and out and nothing seems to fix it. I think it must be something on Sky's side that need to happen????
