In MySky it is reporting that 'my contract is ending soon, your bill will change, see your renewal deal here' yet when go into it and click on continue it won't allow you to do anything except ring CS who say I'm in contract till March and can't renew until Feb at the earliest.
So why is the app reporting this message, why can't you renew contract earlier like you can we other services
And do others get this message and similar response from Sky
