I have sky app on my samsung phone but it won't connect

I have the same issue with "my sky app" after signing in correctly I get a screen saying "your account is not authorised to access the My Sky App

Latest version

Deleted and re-installed

Any ideas out there?

Hi no error message, when I click on the app it just blank page and a circle going round. I have uninstalled it about three times and reinstalled and it still will not work.
