Sainsbury's can only manually add the voucher if there is a code attached. These vouchers have no code. Total waste of time and effort. Tried. Foe the last two offers and never parked.

Hi @Asj1966 @Yoghurt 

 

There is a code attached.

 

All you need to do is click the little i symbol top right. 

that opens up an information page which has a code in it (see my photo )

You lot are so lucky but as i haven't got a mobile phone I'm not able to access the coupons which is really annoying

You could buy yourself a phone so you don't miss out you don't have to get an expensive phone as long as it can download apps and if you have sky download my sky app and then you'll be able to get the treats

Knowing my luck as soon as i bought a phone the freebies would finish as I'm sure tie up with Sainsbury's will finish sooner rather than later. I'd prefer Sky to reduce the subscription cost rather than give freebies.

Sky VIP Weekly Treat issue - coupon worked but not full amount of product

I used my Sky vip weekly treat today in Sainsbury's but noticed the coupon deducted an amount but not the full amount of the product. I can't get through via the online chat or phone or see any help online as it keeps freezing. 
I believe Sky must be aware as the treat screen now says there are technical issues and come back tomorrow for your coupon. Anyone else had issues today out of interest?

I had the same thing. 

The cookies are priced at £2.25 but the voucher is only worth £2

 

I have the receipt and I didn't actually notice until I got home that it wasn't free as it should have been. 

 

As you say the page is down currently so presumably they have noticed the issue and are correcting it

 

Not sure if/how they can reimburse those of us who have already used the voucher and had to pay 25p

I'm sure people will say things like but it's only 25p but the point is that it was a freebie item that we should not had to pay anything for.

There was no way of knowing how much the coupon was worth until we activated and scanned it at the checkout. 

If they had advertised it as £2 off the cookies then that would be fine but it was advertised as a freebie. 

I personally think the best option would be to reset the voucher so that everyone can get one or a second one if they'd already claimed and used the first and make it for the correct value.

I had to  pay 25p extra as the voucher was worth £2 i brought the Belgian chocolate triple cookies.Worth the 25p extra but supposed to be free.

Annoyingly I claimed the coupon yesterday morning and walked to Sainsbury's in the afternoon, only to find it was down. Thanks for explaining why - I had e-mailed them but got no reply. Does anyone know when it might be fixed? It would be useful if Sky actually posted something to that effect.
