The last three time I have been successful in receiving the sky treats. Ice lollies this week.

since Mark , said have the phone brightness up fully,I've had complete success.

 Not sure if this was the answer to coupon not scanning but so far 100 percent working first time, for me.

I've never been able to get anything as i haven't got a smartphone unfortunately, i contacted sky VIP only to be told unless you have a smartphone you won't be able to access the vouchers which i feel is totally unfair and discriminating against those that haven't got a smartphone. I politely told them this but they never replied to that one lol.

Mine didn't scan today but not a problem as cashier typed in barcode number and straight away it worked.So everyone make sure you get the cashier to type in number if  it dose not scan.I gotb the cheese ones today.
