@GigglingGobby  The pizzas are worth it they are the only freebie that's meant to be repeated monthly but I find now it's the same stuff all the time more than once and not just pizzas

Couldn't agree more, as someone with a physical disability I'm limited as to when I can get there so have to get the voucher and hope for the best whenever I get there 

if only there was the option to transfer the coupon to a relative who could go on peoples behalf

@SKY1992bf  Me too disabled as well and you only have from Wednesday until store closes Tuesday each week to redeem coupon

I was going to claim my weekly treat on Sunday and it said I had claimed it already - this was untrue. Since then it won't refresh and shows last weeks treat. I have restarted my phone, done a software update, reinstalled the app and nothing seems to work. I contacted sky via email and they have not been able to help so far. My phone is also an iPhone 16 so should suppport this app with not issues.  Any ideas? Thank you.

I can see TTD Crisps in the app (are those festive?) - but the coupons are "not ready yet". I've seen that coupon not-ready status shown before -  they must be busy printing them hehehehe

Im new to these despite being a sky customer for years. 

I was reading earlier messages about freebies and that we shouldnt be upset id it doesnt work but I wanted to make a point that its not a freebie, its a reward for being a sky customer, we are all paying for sky whether its tv or boardband etc. Anyways the pizza always worked for me even at medium sized store so not super or local. But this week crisps are not working, even with the coded value given for troubleshooting and now my voucher has expired. I dont suppose anyone has found a way to renew their vouchers due to technical issues or similar?

@Fernandes26  Correct the weekly treats are new this year they started I think in July  lovely to get rewards

@Fernandes26  The weekly treat vouchers expire each Tuesday when the store closes and the next weekly treat voucher always appears each Wednesday so a limited time to get each treat

Its getting every week now I am unable to use the sky rewards as the voucher is not scanning at the stores and the colleagues ae no longer aloud to override the vouchers.. 2 weeks in a row now ive lost my reward and embrassed. They said this is happening to a lot of customer and there having issues with the barcode due to the flickering.. is anyone else having thos issue

I had this problem initially but solved it by going to the biggest self-scan (NOT smartscan) checkouts with the big weighing areas, the large panel scanners there always read my phone's displayed Sky treat code immediately.
