MySKY App not loading VIP

Hi All

I am unable to access the VIP section on the MySky app to download my monthly Cinema Tickets - I have deleted & reinstalled the App etc but it just keeps looping round. 

Does anyone know how else I can access my Cinema Tickets please? 

I have also tried login in on the Computer etc but literally cannot get them!

Is the rest of the app working without any issues so can you view the TV section and your bills ?

Hiya 

 

yes, completely normal

its just the VIP tab not working 

It just loops the following: 'welcome to Sky vip - find out more' then 'Join in' then 'View my rewards' which then returns me to the beginning again

I have had this problem, posted on here last month and still haven't resolved it. I cannot access any Sky VIP at all.

Sky VIP section not working

I posted earlier this month about the SKY VUE Cinema tickets not being available and now the whole SKY VIP area in the app isn't working. The app is updated, I am platinum tier, the vip section gives me the option to join in and just loops between 2 pages showing join in and accept. 

earlier in the month when this happened I could access competitions ect from the bottom of the Home Screen but now this is even blank!

 

Can somebody from sky contact me to resolve this please as it's so frustrating. I pay for sky cinema and rarely watch anything, I have only used the Vue tickets once before and this month have had to buy tickets because of the app fault. Very frustrating when I pay Sky £158 a month!

This can sometimes occur if you have 2 accounts under one email. Meaning you have a new VIP that's active on one account but a ceased VIP on the older account. Both linked on the same email.

 

Look on this link, it tells you how you can unlink an old account: https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Account-Billing/How-to-unlink-your-old-Sky-account/ba-p/3700776

 

If you manage that, you may need to re-link your existing account by simply signing in at: sky.com/signin and logging in then if it asks for postcode then fill that all in, then try VIP. If still not working then delete mysky app, restart phone and reinstall mysky app.
