My sky postcode error

I keep trying to log in to the my sky app it accepts my email and password but then asks for my postcode which when I type it in comes up with there is an error please check or try again later

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

No contact has been made was told I would have to wait a maximum of 7 hours it's been 48 hours so no the problem has not been solved or attempted to be solved and I honestly think the service is shockingly poor

Yes that is what I was told and also I can understand waiting a bit longer than 7 hours but 48 hours later and nothing is very ridiculous and poor service
