When I try to log onto my sky app it accepts my email and password but then it asks for my postcode and just won't accept it

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

Still happening address and postcode is correct with sky have reinstalled my sky app still not working
