My sky app linking mobile account

I have recently got a new handset and when signing into the app on my new phone my mobile account is not linked. I have tried to link it and it says it is linked however I cannot see my sims and therefore roll data etc. Please advise? Thanks

Yes because it says its already linked rather than the information is incorrect.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

I'm having the same issue, got a new handset and now my mobile tab isn't linked with my account. it shows my sky tv and my BB but not my mobile. I am logged in, correct details and when i try to link, it says its done it but then the tab is still the same, showing deals to get a phone, instead of showing me my bills, my roll data and my sims etc. Ive tried to use the AI help but that is useless, cant find an email address or a phone number to call. I'm also a 12 year VIP, never had an issue till this and the help is beyond a joke. so if a sky member (an actual human) sees this, then please either get in touch or just simply add a human chat to the app instead of that S*** AI.

either would be good, but im not going to be available now until tomorrow so as long as they can wait. still seems a bit silly others having this same issue and it having to come down to discussion boards and threads to get it sorted. but i apprechiate the help
