The My Sky app on Google Play says 'This app is not available for any of your devices'. It says it on both my desktop and mobile. What should I do?

Hi @caesarome, my mobile is a new Samsung A25 (5G), which uses the Androi 14 operating system. I've downloaded lots of other apps on this phone.
My Lenovo laptop also says 'This app is not available for any of your devices', which makes me think the response is due to my Google profile (I used to live in Singapore; however, I've now updated my address).

Hi @caesarome, I think it's to do with my Google Play profile (address) so I'm trying to sort that out. Thanks for your help
