My Sky app not working

My Sky app suddenly stopped working.  Followed steps on Google search like clear cache, uninstall and reinstall app.  What I get now why selecting the app is shown on this screen shot attached. 
any ideas anyone please ?  Pressing ok, then continue just brings this screen up again.

Hi. There were no updates. Tried removing the app then reinstalling. Still the message shown.
