Have exactly the same problem.  Sky webpage opens when I try to sign into the App.  Tried calling but the Sky employee couldn't grasp what the problem is!

Have been given Apple TV as a VIP gift for 6 months but no way to activate it!

you can do much better Sky!

My sky app won’t work

I can’t get the My Sky app to work. Keeps taking me to the site to sign in then won’t access. Going in circles.

This is exactly what has happened to me after upgrading my phone from iPhone XR to iPhone 14. 
I'm totally stumped on what to do so have just removed the MySky app.

My sky app has stopped working

Deleted and reinstalled - gets as far as log in and then just comes up with a page showing what the sky app can do and to do download .

don't think the issue is resolved

Is anyone using the Duckduckgo app, if so try removing it and see if the MySky app then works. Also try a reboot of your iPhone.

After several years and successive phones failing to allow me to access MySky, it has started working as mysteriously as it stopped. I have previously tried all the work around and other solutions without success, so I can't offer anything by way of help ie a solution for others who still can't access the app. Thanks for all the advice over time

Hallelujah! I saw the post by @PeaMa, saying the app was suddenly working again, and tried it myself.  It works!  It seems the app got a big update in mid-February.  It has been YEARS since it stopped working for me.  At last!

MySky isn't workforces me. It just says I'm not authorised

My problem, now resolved, was with MySky. I have not experienced any problems with SkyGo on any platform

Some progress. I can access the app but can't see my bills. I also can't access sky vip, it says that I can't join sky vip just now and lust reasons such as I'm new to sky (over 9 years so not new)
