My Sky app claims my account is not authorised to access it.

A couple of weeks ago Sky.com crashed when I was trying to upgrade to Sky Glass. Since then I get the message that my account is not authorised to access the MySky app.

 

Having spent hours on phone I'm still not further in - any suggestion/thoughts/solutions gratefully received.

Are you using a VPN because if so it will need disabling before accessing the app.

I'm not using a VPN - I think it's a confusion regarding account numbers.  Sky have been looking into this for over a week. now, I think we're all getting a bit frustrated with this issue!
