I can’t log in to Mysky app to access my sky cinema tickets

I can't access my sky app so that I can get my sky cinema Vue tickets. I've deleted it and reinstalled it and it keeps asking for my postcode. I enter it correctly but it says there is an error. 
please help

You will have to contact Sky for help with this postcode error as this does seem

to be an error that people ask for help either via here on a regular basis. If it helps and you do not want to call then
