Hi, I haven't been able to access the My Sky app on my telephone or my tablets all day as it says the app is under maintenance. Does anyone know how long this would usually last for?

Nobody can say for sure how long this will last for as it is off line due to issues Sky are seeing across the apps and their websites so it is a case of it will take as long as it takes.

If you need help please provide as much information as you can
