Co op vip lounge e-ticket ?

I have won tickets to coop live vip lounge. States I need to take winning email and e-ticket ...I have booked my tickets through Ticketmaster as requested but have no idea what the e-ticket from Sky is ? Any help greatfully received.

How are Ticketmaster getting tickets sent to you, paper ones through the post or online, if online would it be this you need to take ?
