Message from Sky

Message from Sky on My Sky App we can't detect your service. I have done everything it says on the help page same message appears. SKY BOX works ok no issues, also Sky go app no longer lets me use the record function on tv guide to record a program i can do it manually on the box with Sky remote.

What device is the Sky Go app installed on, is it an Andriod phone because if it is there is an ongoing issue with this.
