okay, can anyone tell me why do you lose all your recordings from your sky box when you factory reset the sky box please?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreA factory reset does as the name implies. It restores the box to the condition it was in before use. So all settings are restored to default and the space on the hard disk reserved for recordings is wiped.
